The softer member of the Gold Arc family: 42.5 and 47.5 degrees, a step below Gold Arc 8’s 47.5 and 50, at ₩64,000 — ₩8,000 less.
Because only the hardness changes within one line, the comparison is clean. A softer sponge compresses under a slower swing, making power easier to produce, but the ceiling on what comes back is lower. If your swing is not yet fast, this genuinely produces better results.
It is worth noticing that 47.5 appears in both products. Identical hardness with a different topsheet and sponge is not the same rubber, so matching numbers do not mean matching feel.
